Acne Program - Step 4: Adding Essential Fatty Acids To Your Diet

June 30th, 2007 by Administrator

Getting sufficient essential fatty acids is importance in
clearing acne. It’s these fatty acids that help control the
production of androgens - the hormones that surge during the
teen-age times, which causes excess sebum oil to clog your hair
follicle and contribute to creating your acne.

The three fatty acids you need daily are omega-3, omega-6, and
omega-9. You need more omega 6, olive oil, than omega 3.

When you are deficient in the essential fatty acids, you will
have,

§A weaken immune system §Inflammatory disorders §Poor skin §Skin
eruptions that won’t heal §Increase sebum production causing
acne §Sebaceous glands size increase

Eating essential oils is necessary to provide the right oils
that are used in the sebaceous glands. These oils can come from
straight vegetable oils or from oils in specific foods such as
nuts and seeds.

Use flax seed oil (omega-3 oil) and olive oil (omega-6 oil) in
your salad. These are the best oils to eat and are called
polyunsaturated fatty acids. The other oil that is even better
for you is called monounsaturated fatty acid, omega-9. This oil
is found in avocados.

Most diets people have contain an excess of omega-6 oils, so
mostly likely you need to concentrate on getting more omega-3
oils into your diet.

You can get omega-3 oil from,

§avocados §sesame seeds §pumpkin seeds §walnuts §dark leafy
green vegetables (spinach, mustard greens, kale) §wheat germ oil
§salmon §sardines §albacore tuna

Or, you can take one to 4 tablespoon of flax seed oil, omega-3
oil, each day. This will give you the amount of omega-3 oil that
your body needs to reduce or eliminate acne blemishes. You can
add this oil to your morning cereal, soups, smoothies, salads
and other liquid foods. Each tablespoon of flax seed oil
contains about 100 calories.

You can get omega-6 oil from,

§Flaxseed oil §Flaxseeds §grape seed oil §pistachio nuts §olives
§olive oil §sunflower seeds §evening primrose oil §pumpkin seeds

Taking 2-3 tablespoons of omega-6 oil a day will give you the
amount of this oil that you body needs. You can add olive oil
and other oils into your salad with the flax seed oil.

You can get omega-9 oil from,

§Olive oil §Avocados §Cashews §Almonds §Olives §sesame oil
§pecans §pistachio nuts

Taking around 1 ½ tablespoon of olive oil per day will give you
the omega-9 oil that your body needs.

Fish Oils

In addition to supplying your diet with omega-3 and omega-6
oils, you need to supplement your diet with fish oils. Fish oil
contains EPA and DHA fatty acids.

Normally, enzymes in your body break down omega-6 into EPA and
DHA fatty acids.

Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA)

These two fatty acids eventually change into prostaglandins.

What are prostaglandins?

Prostaglandins are chemical hormones that come from omega-3 and
omega-6 oils and that help,

regulate every function in your cells and organs.

Postaglandins also keep androgen hormones in control so that
excess sebum is not produce in the hair follicle, which results
in acne.

However, eating plenty essential fatty acids may not insure that
you produce enough EPA and DHA, which produce the essential
prostaglandins.

It is critical for acne and more importantly for your health
that you get enough EPA and DHA in your cells and organs so they
can produce the required prostaglandins.

To increase the prostaglandins in your cell walls, it is
necessary for you to take a fish supplement, which contains both
the EPA and DHA.

Of course eating salmon, halibut, and mackerel twice a week will
be a plus in providing your body with more EPA and DHA.

Include at least 20% of your diet calories as good fats - omega
oils and fish oil. This is essential for controlling the excess
activity of your hormones and reducing the inflammation of your
acne.

Forum Signatures to Build Back Links - Helping Your Search Rankings

June 30th, 2007 by Administrator

Building Backlinks! There are several ways to build backlinks. We have discussed Directory Submissions, Article Submission, & Press Releases. The next simple easy and free way to get a back link as well as free traffic is the Forum Signature Tags.

Forums that do get indexed in the search engines create individual pages per thread. Your hyper linked signature tag is now a back link.

If you are a member of any forums throughout the Internet, fantastic. They are usually very informative and helpful. If you are not a member in any forum, find one that interests you and join.

Most Forums allow a user to add a signature tag line to their posts. Usually in the member’s area of most forums, you can edit, add and create a forum signature.

When creating your signature tag it is best to use your real name. Also use a hyper linked URL and briefly describe your service or product. An example of a good signature tag would be:

The Authors Name

“Your Product line description in less than 10 words”
www.yourwebsite.com

Your signature tag can also be an Alt text hyperlink to create a keyword target backlink.

For Example:

The Authors Name

“ Your Product line description in less than 10 words”

This entire phrase would be a hyperlink.

Your Product line description in less than 10 words

Each post that you make in a forum is now a back link to your site. Remember though not to spam and that your behavior in a forum can be extremely profitable or detrimental based on your attitude.

When posting in a forum, remember that you are in a public arena. If you are helpful, courteous, friendly, kind and post intelligently you will get traffic from people clicking on your signature tag besides the backlink. If the above does not describe you, then maybe you should avoid the benefits of a hyper linked signature tag ?

Forums allow individuals to build trust and familiarity that is normally not present through the Internet. As trust grows, people will click on your signature tag and will purchase your product or service.

Why can I make profits from online poker room?

June 29th, 2007 by Administrator

Regarding online Poker, I was completely had the same opinion just as the common people which is don’t touch it,otherwise you will lose a lot of money. The reason is simple, I didn’t trust it.I thought it was also a kind of gambling. As we all know, the result of a long-term gambling is losing your money. The gambling sites holders are depend on the 0.5%-5% advantageous probability to obtain the huge profits. But after heard about some successful experience from my friends at online poker room.I decided to do some research on it.Is it really a tool which we can make some porfits with it?

After the investigation, I found that there is more than 500 online poker rooms on the internet, most of them are reputable and worth trusting, and the online poker room is better than land-based poker room,we can make pofits or win money with online poker room easier than land-based poker room.

Why?Because a lot of online poker rooms offer the new players a first deposit bonus, some of them even offer the players a monthly or weekly bonus. For example, partypoker offer the new players a free $25 on first deposit over $50,or 20% up to $100,if you choose to receive the free $25 bonus, you should deposit min $50,then the $25 bonus will be credited into your bonus account, you can not withdraw it unless you meet the Raked Hands Requirment(7 times bonus raked hands within 7 days of making your deposit.)Raked hands are defined as follows: When a minimum of $5.00 is in the pot,a Raked hands is counted.Poker is different from casino,in casino, for example, you play blackjack, when you got 16,the dealer got 10,you cann’t say:oh,I must be lose, can I fold my card and get my money back? But in poker room you can fold you card at anytime(except for the Blinds),without placing bets on the table to meet the Raked Hands Requirment.(To meet the Raked Hands Requirment,I suggest that you play texas-hold’em,choose a table which there is more players sit on and is low bet level,if you fold you card all the time, when you meet the Raked Hands Requirment, you will lose about $12.5,after that the bonus amount is cashable,$25-$12.5,then your profits is $12.5)So if you are a newbie, and you want to profit from poker, you should better deposit $50,get the $25 bonus, play texas-hold’em,select a table which I have mentioned before and fold, fold, fold(unless you have AA) to meet the Raked Hands Requirment and get profits.

What I mentioned above is how can you profit from online poker,it is different between get profits and win from online poker. To get profits what you should do is register real money account at different online poker sites, deposit some money, get full bonus, play texas-hold’em,select a suitable table, fold you card all the time until meet the Raked Hands Requirment and cashout, you needn’t to be a poker professional player.

BTW,there is a lot of poker sites hold daily freeroll tourments,it is free to take part in,and if you got a good place, you will be award for cash prize,it is so good for newbie, you can practice your poker skill and get a chance to win cash prize.

Planning a Christmas dinner party

June 29th, 2007 by Administrator

Entertaining friends and family in your home during the
Christmas holiday is one of the most popular activities of the
holiday season. Many people choose to host small, informal
gatherings in their home, while others plan extravagant dinner
parties which are destined to generate more than one urban
legend in the community in which they are held.

While many of us do not aspire to such heights as those held by
the socialites in our community, we would still like to host an
unforgettable Christmas dinner party that will be remembered
fondly among our closest friends and family for years to come.

If you are like me, and many are if they would just admit it,
the thought of all of the work and skill that goes into throwing
a successful dinner party leaves you a little weak in the knees
and wondering how in the world you are going to pull it all off
without a hitch.

But don’t let the fear of juggling the tasks involved with
putting on a dinner party keep you from hosting the event that
your family and friends will talk about for a long time into the
future. It’s really not that hard if you follow a few simple
steps and guidelines for putting on a successful dinner party.

Here’s how to plan the perfect Christmas dinner party:

Make your list, check it twice, and invite, invite, invite. The
first thing you need to do when planning a dinner party is to
create your guest list. Keep in mind that not all invited will
attend. So, if you want to have 50 guests at your party, you
will have to invite quite a few more than that. Send out
invitations no less than three weeks in advance so that people
will have a chance to RSVP.

Plan to cook your own meal or plan for others to plan it for
you. If you are no Betty Crocker, admit it to yourself before
signing on to make a large homemade meal. Having someone cater
your dinner party or ordering takeout is perfectly acceptable
depending on what type of atmosphere you want to create.
Remember that buffets are informal and a sit down dinner is more
formal. I’m not saying that you are not capable of cooking a
large meal for your guests. If you are and want to take on the
work load of cooking for multiple guests, then by all means do
so. Just keep in mind your limitations and time constraints.
Doing so will save you a great deal of headache in the end.

Menu planning. When planning your individual dishes to serve at
your Christmas dinner party, choose dishes that are both
delicious and easy to make. Choose recipes that can be made
ahead of time or that require just a little heating right before
the party to be finished. The last thing you want to be doing
during your dinner party is slaving over a hot stove sequestered
away from your guests. Another important thing to remember when
planning your menu is to never, ever attempt to cook a recipe
for the first time. Trust me.

Take inventory. Create a list of all of the supplies that you
will need to host your dinner party. Items may include tables,
chairs, service pieces, cutlery, plates, candlesticks,
decorations, table cloths, etc. Do not forget your food items
from your menu as well. Shop and Clean till you drop. About a
week before your dinner party, you should take the time to do
your party shopping and give your house a thorough cleaning.

Cook and decorate. Cook and prepare as many foods as you can
ahead of time, preferable the day before the party. Save the day
of the party for setting up your tables and adding the finishing
touches to your décor.

See, hosting a memorable Christmas dinner party is not so hard
after all. In fact, I’m sure that you can do it. So, get out
there and start planning, and if at any time you feel
overwhelmed, simply hire a caterer.

Trading In Black And White Forex Trading Newsletter – 5/11/06

June 29th, 2007 by Administrator

Tonight is the first night in a long while that we will look to go short on cable. We believe Mr. Bernanke said what most people wanted to here and that his statement will satisfy most traders.

There are several reasons apparent on the charts indicating that we may have already seen a swing high at 1.8729. The most obvious is the 4-hour chart MACD.

We have mentioned the divergence several times already and now the MACD line has taken a sharp downward angle off the signal line. The daily MACD is also making a sharp turn to the down side and it appears a cross over the signal line to the down side is coming fast.

Also on the 1-hour chart there have been three consecutive candles dropping away and not touching the upper Bollinger band, indicating the up-trend in weakening.

Last night we set our entries at 1.8650. We got stopped out of our trades for a 40 pips loss. (How many other traders tell you about their losing trades?) This is another indicator of a possible reversal. If not a reversal certainly some sideways trading, and we will adjust our trading accordingly.

Tonight we are trading around 1.8560. We will be looking to go short, in an attempt to trade within the range just in case we are sideways.

Remember, in order to analyze and trade the markets on your own, you must get a top notch forex trading education. Whether it be an at home forex trading course or a live forex seminar, take the time to get educated.

I truly hope that all of you have been following our outlooks on the Forex market. Last week, alone, we netted over 500 pips in profit.

Now, granted, that is a GREAT week of trading, but they do come often enough. But, how are you supposed to know when they are coming?

You aren’t. What you are supposed to do, is be ready for anything and everything the forex markets throw at you.

The only way to do that is by getting a quality Forex trading education.

Sorry about that, I got a little sidetracked. Let’s get to the outlook for the Pound/Dollar.

Alright, one more tangent. We only discuss our opinions for the Pound in these outlooks. But, you can use the skills you learn to trade any currency pair.

Now, really, let’s get to the trading.

Cable continues its climb, and there is no end in sight, which means we should watch for a reversal…ha ha. The most enlightening fact I ever learned about the forex market is that it is completely random.

We can predict, usually with great accuracy support and resistance levels using retracements levels and pivot points just to name a few, but the market can and will change direction when you least expect it to.

So our word to all our traders is caution. Be diligent in assessing your risk when you make your trades. With that said we expect the rise to continue towards the 1.9549 previous high.

For Friday we set our entries at 1.8500. We had profit targets of 1.8540 and 1.8590, we were able to close our first trade for 40 pips and our second trade was closed for a 90 pip profit.

Tonight we are trading around 1.8610. We will be looking to go long again, and we will continue cautiously watching for an unexpected reversal.

Remember, in order to analyze and trade the markets on your own, you must get a top notch forex trading education. Whether it be an at home forex trading course or a live forex seminar, take the time to get educated.

We find these support and resistance levels using a set of technical indicators and other variables that we have found to be most successful for us. We use several other indicators and a variety of technical analysis techniques to enter and exit all of our trades. Every trader will have a different combination of indicators that makes the most sense to them. Learn how to develop your own successful Forex Trading style with our Elite Forex Trading Course or Forex Seminar.

Always Collect an Email Address

June 29th, 2007 by Administrator

The power of collecting an email address is amazing. As I mentioned in a prior article, you can expect between 1 and 10 percent of visitors to make a purchase on their initial visit to your website (conversion rate) and between 10 and 33 percent to give you their email address (signup rate). Often visitors weren’t intending to buy any product but were after more information on your subject. Studies show it often takes 7 communications before a customer will buy a product. Believe me, after selling websites, it’s very rare to get a ‘yes’ on the first visit. Websites can be quite complex so maybe it’s not the best example but people just need more information and confidence before they’re ready to buy.

We need to offer the customer an awesome product that they simply can’t say no to for them to give us their email. Often people have no intention of handing out their email address but a careful planned report or mini-course that is instantly delivered to them is often incentive enough for them to build that bridge.

The method of collecting email addresses is called an autoresponder. That is, a database that stores names and email addresses and can send out pre-programmed email addresses to recipients. These can be customised and sent instantly, 1 day, 5 days and anywhere up to 10 years after the initial email was collected. Very powerful and effective. Third party autoresponders that sit on a separate server are the most effective and you can generate your own signup form to place on your website.

You can also send an email to your database at any time. Let’s look at an example of the power of an email database. Let’s say you attract 200 visitors each day (easily possible) and have a signup rate of 15%, so that’s 30 email addresses a day, and after a year you have 10 950. If you mailout a promotion for a course you have created that costs $97 and just 3% of your list signs up (quite reasonable), that’s an income of $31 864.50 just from one mailout. This profit is realised over a few days and a great example of the power of a distribution list and a value-adding product. So make sure you ask for that email address. Our goal is to add value for our customers so we need to work out what information will be useful to them and make it available. The easiest way to do that is via email.

Dirt Bike Trails

June 29th, 2007 by Administrator

What are dirt bike trails?

While dirt bike racing and motocross is normally done on designated tracks that are set out and predefined, dirt bike trails are the equivalent of free ride. In some areas you can just head off to a decent dirt bike trail and ride how you want and where you want. Obviously there are usually some pretty basic rules to try and encourage safe riding and lower the risks of dangerous accidents but if you see a better route, you can take it.

There are many different difficulties of dirt bike trails; ranging from beginner trails to difficult trails and if you’re new to trailing then you should start at the very beginning and work your way up as you gain more confidence, skill and exposure.

What are trails bikes?

Trails bikes are different to other types of dirt bikes, because they are designed for use both on and off road and while the ride on the road can be quite bumpy the bike gives you the perfect way to get you from one trail to the next. Obviously, this compatibility for both road and track means that the bikes are an all-rounder; they are good for roads and good for tracks but not exceptional at either.

The freedom that trails bikes and trail racing offers means that trail riding has a massive following and many trail bikers will tell you that it’s the only real dirt bike riding there is.

Can anyone try dirt bike trails?

Trails are an easily accessible form of dirt bike riding but in order to ride your trail bike on the road you will, of course, need the same license, tax and certificates as you would with a standard road bike. To ride them on a trail, though, this isn’t necessary although some more organized trails will only consider experienced riders so check before you travel. There are many trails all over the world, and in some areas of the world you don’t have to use the predefined trails, but you should always take care when riding anywhere that there may be unseen obstacles or pedestrians.

There are groups of people all over the world who travel together to find the best trails and even a cursory glance on the Internet can find a plethora of sites offering details, directions and even rider’s guides to some of the best trails in the world. If you’ve got a bit of money to spare you can sign up to a premium site and get new trails added as and when they are opened or discovered. These have details of some of the more obscure trails in the world sourced by professional die-hard trail bikers.

How to Potty Training Your Toddler

June 29th, 2007 by Administrator

It’s a milestone in your child’s life…learning how to use the potty. Many parents find both a joy and sorrow in this stage that is a rite of passage for their child from being a baby to being a big boy or girl. For parents trying to toilet train, it can test your patience. However, using the potty is complex for small children, so mom and dad shouldn’t panic if baby doesn’t potty train right away. The best way to approach potty training is to take it one step at a time and to be patient.

The first step is to get both you and your toddler ready. Observe little one for the “about to go” signals such as squatting, retreating to a quiet area or verbalization. Other signals that show a parent a toddler is ready are: verbal communication of things like hunger, child understands simple sentences, doesn’t like being soiled, stays dry longer. One way you can help your baby from birth for this time is to change all dirty diapers quickly. This way, they never have a chance to be used to the soiled feeling. Once your sure your toddler is ready, prepare yourself by getting the proper equipment. This includes but is not limited to: potty training chair, training pants, training diapers, other potty training aids. You must also prepare to be patient…don’t expect miracles overnight.

Once you’re both ready, start by teaching the essentials. First, teach them where to go. A good way to get your toddler involved is to let him or her pick their own potty chair. This ensures that they will be comfortable with potty training on the chair. Next, you want to make sure you’re teaching the correct vocabulary. It’s best to use words like “penis” and “vagina” to prevent confusion in later life. However, it’s okay to use words like “pee-pee” and “poo-poo” rather than “urination” and “defecation”. The main challenge consists of teaching them the connection between feeling the urge and going and after going, telling mommy or daddy. You could do this by waiting for them to show the telltale signs of eliminating and taking them straight to the potty training chair. TV’s “Dr. Phil” suggests illustrating with a doll that uses the bathroom. Having this visual aid can help a great deal. Once they begin to make progress, move them from diapers to training pants. Above all, be patient and relax. Some day you’ll look back on this time and miss it.

Pickup Truck Accessories

June 29th, 2007 by Administrator

No matter what make of pickup truck you own, chances are you
want to change it from the way the factory supplied it. Whether
you use your vehicle for work, off-road play or some of both,
you can find performance parts, accessories and customization
products to make your pickup truck unique. When you want your
pickup truck to look and perform better, accessories will help
you customize it.

While it’s possible to get some accessories from the Chevy, GMC,
Dodge, Ford, Jeep, Mazda, Nissan or Toyota dealer where you
bought your truck, you will find a much bigger selection of
items online. You may also get better bargains shopping this
way. Some popular makers of pickup truck accessories include
Lund, Westin, Dee Zee, Outland, Auto Ventshade, Warn, Saddleman,
Thule, PIAA, Vector, Wolo, Deflecta Shield, Pilot, Hoppy,
Grizzly and Protecta.

Exterior accessories

There are many types of exterior pickup truck accessories to
enhance the appearance of the outside of your truck. They
include air dams, bras and masks, bug shields, bumpers, fender
flares, graphics and emblems, grille guards, hood ornaments,
hoods and scoops, mirrors, racks and cargo accessories, roll
pans, running boards, splash guards, tool boxes, truck steps,
tire covers, visors, wings and spoilers and wiper cowls. Select
items that will complement your truck’s basic lines and that
will work well together instead of looking cluttered.

Interior accessories

Installing interior accessories is all about improving the
comfort level when riding in your truck. Some examples are 12
volt accessories, cargo trays and liners, consoles and racks,
dash covers and trim, door accessories, floor mats, horns,
instrument panel covers, pet accessories, seat covers, seats and
steering wheel covers.

How about adding some electronics to enhance your ride? Choices
include CBs and scanners, cruise controls, GMRS radio, GPS and
navigation systems, power inverters, radar and laser detectors,
remote starters, security systems and antennas. You might also
want to upgrade the standard radio that came with your truck to
a stereo CD or satellite radio system.

Accessories cushion the load and improve the ride

Trucks are all about hauling things, so why not do it in style?
Pickup truck accessories for your truck bed include cargo
control, bed mats, bed liners, bed protection, bed rails,
tailgate accessories and tonneau covers. You might also want
towing accessories like hitch balls, hitch mounts, hitch covers,
hitch steps, hitch wiring, hitches, tow hooks and straps, towing
mirrors, winch accessories, winches and winch mounting systems.

By improving your pickup’s suspension and brakes you make the
ride both smoother and safer. To do this, you might need
anti-sway bars, bars and arms, bushings and shackles, hubs, lift
kits, lowering kits, shocks and struts, skit plates and trusses
and springs. Adding more lighting not only improves the truck’s
appearance, it also improves safety. Some typical lighting
pickup truck accessories are accent lighting, auxiliary
lighting, back-up lights, bulbs and lamps, driving and fog
lights, headlights, interior lights, light bars, light covers,
light guards, marker lights, neon lighting, spotlights,
taillights, tow lighting and wiring, turn signal lights and
warning lights.

Electrical and exhaust systems are essential

If your pickup won’t start, it doesn’t matter how good it looks.
If you’ve got this problem or fear it might happen, try buying
alternator accessories, battery accessories, battery chargers,
chassis wiring or jump start systems. If the problem is on the
exhaust end, you might need catalytic converters, exhaust
systems, exhaust tips and extensions, headers or mufflers.

To do all this work yourself, you’ll need some tools and
equipment. Useful items include tire pressure gauges, car care
products, computer software, creepers and seats, diagnostic
equipment, engine hoists and stands, garage and parking
accessories, jacks, stands, ramps, paint, sanding materials and
abrasives.

And once your truck is tricked out to your heart’s desire, get
out your camera. You’re going to want to showoff your new,
improved truck to all of your friends.

Protect Your Valuable Blog From A Sudden Traffic Surge

June 29th, 2007 by Administrator

One of the positively amazing things about blogs is their
ability to rapidly pick up traffic. It has a lot to do with the
way they link to each other so easily. This rapid traffic growth
is a good thing and indeed it is what every blog owner craves
for so much so that they often go to great lengths in their
effort to attract traffic.

However it can also be a terrible thing if one is not prepared
for it. It can mean that your blog goes down at the critical
moment when it needs to stay up so that you can take advantage
of the increased traffic. The truth of the matter is that most
blogs run on free or cheap hosting sites are run from one
computer. This works okay when you have 20 to 50 visitors but
quickly turns into a nightmare when there are suddenly 100-200
visitors. The result is that the blog will start loading at such
a snail pace that nobody will be interested.

To prevent this from happening, blogs should be load-balanced
between several datacenters. This is referred to as scalability.
However most avoid this because it is pretty expensive.
Fortunately there are a few hosts who do not spare the expense
to provide an enviable service.

SiteKreator.com is such a site. This site uses multi-datacenter
hosting allowing for a dynamic balance of the traffic based on
the load and location. A sudden surge in traffic is therefore no
problem at all.

Other features that allow for easy access and ease of operation
include easy switch between blog and discussion forum layout,
posting by email and RSS feed, and a feature that allows email
digests with new postings on the same thread.

With a site like this to host your blog, you will never be in
that ridiculous position of worrying again about the damage that
success brings to your blog venture.

There are two other unrelated but key features that are bound to
bring lots of excitement to blow owners. Namely the fact that
you can create a virtually unlimited number of blogs and the
ease with which one can have dozens of moderators for each blog
they create.
